This is about the two banned adverts from Cow & Gate’s follow-on baby milk formula and a magazine ad for Milupa Aptamil follow-on milk formula. The Advertising Standards Authority(ASA) have to remove advertising campaigns for two baby milk products for misleading consumers over claims tha they “support a child’s immune system.According to the ASA the two banned adverts have not enough evidence to support the two baby formula mil adverts’ claims. It received complaint from the National Childbirth Trust that the Cow & Gate ad and Milupa Aptamil misleadingly implied that the follow-on milk could “boost the immune system of children or babies”.
